A few years ago we took a motorcycle trip to the Isle of Palms and stayed at the Oceans Inn. It was walking distance to the beach, eating places and the main stretch on Isle of Palms. Goofing off at the Battery provided some fun pictures!  We even saw dolphins jumping around.  Temperatures in the 80's for the first few days were so comfortable but it turned cold before we came back. Our return was in rain and temps in the 40's. We stopped at many places on the way back to dry off and warm up sometimes even buying new gloves so they would be dry (even for a short time). It was a great ride even if it rained and we all had a good time.
